Activelyparticipate in the product life cyclefromrequirementsdefinitionsto design, implementation, and product integration. CooperatewithArchitects in the product architectureevolution, followingindustry trends,identifying options and suggestingthe right choices.Master themethodologiesandtechnologiesrelatedtothe product software development life cycle, and itsenabling tools. Provideguidancetothe Scrum team, continuouslydrivingqualityandproductivity, via code reviews andtechnical coaching.Investigateandpropose next generationtechnologiestosolvecurrentandfuturetechnicalchallenges.Maintainandpromotetheholistic view of the system.Cooperateswith Product Management toaddress business requirementsandtheirimplications on architectureand non-functionalrequirements.Drive and take leadershipwhentheteam is facingchallengingsituations.Two days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday) we come together in our Lucca office to experience the value of connecting with colleagues.
