Your mission is to seamlessly integrate Qonto and Regate, creating a collaborative workspace that enhances the user experience for chartered accountants. With the support of senior leadership, you'll drive the vision and execution of our go-to-market strategy, ensuring accountants can effortlessly transition between Qonto and Regate products. You will manage a team of 6 talents. As a Head of Product Accounting, you will: Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy in collaboration with growth and sales teams. Lead the integration strategy between Qonto and Regate, ensuring a seamless user experience. Validate and optimize resources and support for Regate. Drive growth in the chartered accountant base, aiming for a 20% revenue increase by 2025. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and lead a team of junior product managers. About You: Proven experience in product management, particularly in accounting or finance products. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing junior teams. Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to drive product integration and growth. Fluent in English and either French or Spanish.
