**What does the role involve?
**:
The position is responsible for the risk assessment process of Large orders for the Region of Southern Europe, from the activation of the process to the obtaining of the authorization.
The LOD process is defined at Global level in case of orders over 250k CHF and it consists in the activation of a specific process that includes a careful risk assessment and the request of authorizations that can also reach the top management since the interlocutors for the final approval of the process can be the Managers/Committee based on the size of the order.
The LOD process will be managed by the Lead Process Expert Risk Management (hereinafter LPERM), who will be responsible for receiving input from the Sales Force and, subsequently, for activating the competent internal offices involved in the order (credit, legal, engineering, logistics, etc.)
and collecting feedback on risk analysis related to orders.
Although the LPERM is not responsible for risk assessment, it is nevertheless required to be sensitive to the possible problems/risks in the order.
In this regard, the LPERM is not only the point of contact with the internal functions, but is also the technical interlocutor, if necessary, to discuss critical issues or risks.
As mentioned above, the LPEPRM is responsible for the process but does not act completely independently: in case of particularities, difficulties or exceptions, the Bid&Proposal Manager/TL can intervene.
Also in relation to the LOD process, the LPEPRM is requested to carry out further activities aimed at improving and increasing the efficiency of the process itself:1) on the basis of the experience gained, he has to identify the gaps or delays in the process so as to implement solutions to improve the process (e.g.
if it takes too long to collect authorizations, he will work to streamline it);2) if implementations or changes to the LOD process are required at a global level, it deals with the "grounding" of the changes and carries out the training/information to all stakeholders;3) it also deals with the reporting inherent to the process.

**What you need is**:
- Business administration, Marketing or engineering degree
- Comprehensive contract management skills in construction, energy and O&G industry
- Coordination skills
- Knowledge of risk management
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and situations, preferably experience in change management
- More than 3+ years of professional experience in similar roles is a plus
- High motivation level, drive and energy; entrepreneurial attitude to manage tasks
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Team player with strong result orientation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
