As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for: Overseeing fabrication and assembly area to support shop routings and fixture design, instructions sheets and equipment improvements Leading the new product introduction in manufacturing area validating design specifications and shop floor application of tools and equipment Evaluating manufacturing procedures and shaping strategic projects to improve processes capabilities, quality, fulfillment, safety and productivity Suggesting and designing new fixture configurations for adaption for new products fabrication and changes of production process Performing jobs estimation costs in the OTR phase to update handbook for ITO phase for hand-off meetings Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a related Bachelor's degree with demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing processes Show excellent technical drawing skills Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills Have experience delivering IT solutions in an Engineering or Manufacturing environment Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English and Italian Have experience with CAD or CAM Be able to work in EU with no restrictions Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
