Manage the assigned Team of Installation Site Managers (ISM) to accomplish the functional mission, developing their competences and qualifications.Support Project Management Proposal Team (PMP) for Projects on-site activities, by issuing the relevant quotations within the Region.
Your Mission Accountable to define the on-site strategy and meansrequired to meet S-Q-C-D new Equipment Projects deliverables within the Region (S) H&SE - The required Health & Safety, Environmental standards arebeing fulfilled in the needs request (Q) Quality - Project scope and on-site activities specifications are clearlydefined, including resources, qualification and certification (C) Cost - On-site activities deliverables are being planned within theproject baselined cost.
(D) Delivery - On site activities deliverables are being achieved within thescheduled timelines Ensure all required statutory and regulatory conditions are being met,including Sidel corporate values, governance and processes Support on-site activities risk identification and assessment for criticalprojects Support the Team in managing scope changes before Installation Start,ensuring the baselined objectives and benefits; resolve conflicts Manage and support the ISM team, driving the relevant competence developmentand utilisation.

Lead Site work preparation meetings with theProject Manager Execution Ensure all Sidel Project tools are fed and updated Your Profile Level of education and languages: Bachelor's degree in engineering is a plus Practically based, occupationally specific Fluent in English, written and spoken Fluency in other languages is an advantage Required experience and skills: Min 5 years experience in capital projects Field Operations Min 3 years experience in the beverage industry, covering ISM or FSE roles Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio Knowledge of installation and commissioning scope and challenges #J-18808-Ljbffr
