As a Lead Financial Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for Responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.
As a Lead Financial Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and analyzing of accurate financial statements and disclosures based on actual results.
Combining, analyzing and reporting financials in compliance with reporting regulations
- Advising Functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in the own field
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered
- Contributing to project as a team member or leads small projects.
Includes ERP migration, Chart of Accounts update, etc
- Accounting of cross business schedules (acquisitions, dispositions, etc)
- Leading the monthly and quarterly analysis of IET segment reporting
- Supporting IET Financial Reporting Manager on ad-hoc requests.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Have professional experience in Financial Reporting
- Have excellent communications and leadership skills.
Be able to clearly communicate complex financial information and deliver messages effectively
- Be able to influence others and lead small teams
- Be able to demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Be able to demonstrate ability to lead programs / projects.
Be self-motivated, able to work under time pressure and to execute on multiple deliverables
- Show ability to deal with ambiguity and continuously exhibit clear and critical thinking
