In this role, you will be responsible for leading technical projects, manage remote resources and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Support the relevant Project Manager in understanding, managing and achieving each customer's expectations Take ownership of the engineering activities and proactively utilize methodologies, resources and techniques for minimizing the execution cost, whilst maintaining the requisite schedule and quality standard Be a focal point for all technical communication with the customer for the assigned work Fully understands the scope of work for all allocated engineering output and ensure that it is delivered to the requisite quality, budget and schedule, as well as advising the Manager of any customer-initiated changes in scope Support the Management in the creation of an inclusive and supportive environment for all personnel within the project team and actively support team members in achieving any personal development objectives that may have been set for the project Actively contribute to any assigned bid activities to ensure that the customer's requirements are fully understood, and that innovative and efficient solutions are proposed Who You Are: You are passionate about making an impact and always act with integrity.

For This Role, You Will Need: Engineering degree, state-certified technician, completed vocational training or equivalent knowledge 5+ years of relevant industry experience with a proven track record of managing system design, implementation and factory/site acceptance test phases of process automation control systems (DCS preferred) Ability to lead a technical team – with leadership experience preferred Ability to work independently and within defined timelines experience with direct customer contact Highly proficient in Italian and English (verbal and written); Preferred qualifications that set you apart: Knowledge and experience in Lifescience market and with batch application Knowledge and experience in cybersecurity and networking (VLAN, router, network segmentation) Knowledge and experience in DCS control systems (DeltaV preferred) Our Offer to You We understand the importance of work-life balance and are dedicated to supporting our employees' personal and professional needs.
