Your Role We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with 5-6 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). You'll lead the architecture and automation of scalable, highly available infrastructure, driving operational excellence and DevOps best practices.
Your Impact Design and manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability. Automate CI/CD pipelines for smooth, secure code deployments. Implement IaC and monitoring solutions to optimize infrastructure and maintain high availability. Lead and mentor engineers, promoting a DevOps culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to streamline delivery pipelines and maintain security/compliance. Participate in on-call rotations to handle incidents and improve alerting systems. About You 5-6 years in DevOps or Platform Engineering, with a focus on cloud technologies. Expertise in multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP), VPC design, and security. Proficient in IaC tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation. Experience with CI/CD tools (BitBucket, GitHub, GitLab, CircleCI). Strong scripting/programming skills in Go, Python, Typescript, Bash. Deep knowledge of observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana. SRE mindset: Experience with SLOs/SLIs and proactive service management. Leadership experience in managing teams and complex projects. Preferred Qualifications Certifications in AWS, GCP, or other cloud technologies. Familiarity with event-driven architectures, Kafka, and data pipelines. Experience with ISO 27001 certification and compliance standards. Experience setting project outcomes via OKRs or KPIs, with a focus on continuous delivery and operational excellence.
