In this role, you will work with our clients to analyze, explore and apply Machine Learning algorithms, so that it can fit within our Analytics solutions. Working in the big data paradigm within the data science team, you will drive the integration of customers within our internal solutions; you will analyze and preprocess data to then apply Artificial Intelligence models.
From data extraction, wrangling, and pre-processing, you will scrutinize the data thoroughly and ensure the proper automation and industrialization of this process. Update our product team with feedback from the client usage of our Analytics solutions.

Our Senior Data Scientist will: Supervise the project team in the entire project life cycle, from data collection to the delivery of the analytics solution; interact with the Client during the project phases on a weekly basis leading mainly technical but also functional concepts with Clients; work together with the functional team involved in the project (business experts and project manager); be leveraging the business understanding define the daily activities and tasks of the project team; manage a strong and continuous interaction with the product team to determine the most suitable analytics solution for the specific business case; supervise and drive the application of Machine Learning algorithms on Client data; drive data cleaning and management focusing on the final Analytics solution application; coach and train team new joiners; keep a wider view of the analytics project even in the business as usual scenario by managing the maintenance and the support. A great candidate will have: STEM Bachelor's or Master's degree; 8+ years of relevant work experience in Data Science, Analytics, or BI; passion for Data Science (Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Operations Research); extensive knowledge of Artificial Intelligence algorithms; experience with Python and MS SQL is a must; good communication and collaboration skills; experience in supervising junior team members activities; strong analytical skills and critical thinking; proficient in Italian and English; CPG / FMCG industry knowledge is an advantage; eligible to work in Italy without sponsorship What you will get? · Challenging position in a fast-growing AI-driven revenue management company.
