As a Lead Control Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Leading New Advanced Algorithms development and New Technology introduction in the market, participating as a presenter or reviewer during program execution phaseDeveloping Control System Software according to technical specifications, in order to guarantee the overall control systems quality and performancesAnalyzing systematic and timely plant site requests support and attending technical meetings with Customers, Project Team, Suppliers and UniversitiesCreating and enhancing Control Software solutions, fostering Systems Continuous Improvement process and implementing Lesson LearntBuilding new advanced controls for engine and process application, leveraging modeling and simulation tools aimed to predict and validate the digital-twin systemFuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Master Degree in Automation, Energy, Electrical, Electronic, Robotics, Telecommunication Engineering or Computer ScienceHave proven working experience in an engineering position for Control Algorithms and Software designHave a holistic design mindset for system solutions including hardware, networking, software and plant operationDeep knowledge of advanced algorithms, including familiarity with big data and machine learning conceptsBe proficient in industrial PLC programming languages, C#, MATLAB, Simulink environmentDisplay knowledge of main industrial network communication protocols and standardsDemonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others in a multicultural environmentBe able and willing to travel worldwide for customer meetings and/or site/test bed supportBe a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in EnglishWork in a way that works for you
