Partner with the best As a Lead Contract Manager, you'll create positive impacts on the business, setting a strategic vision, executing to plan, and streamlining operations.

As a Lead Contract Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing the portfolio of contracts, reporting all concerned contractual aspects from contract award up to the commercial operation date.
Performing contract summaries, transferring contractual documents, and raising awareness about any residual known commercial risks within the contract to the Project Team.
Identifying contractual provisions which must be transferred to vendors, subcontractors, and/or partners in the project.
Ensuring the Project Team properly archives the contractual documentation and key project correspondence.
Supporting the project team to formalize contract variations whenever risks/opportunities impacting project costs occur.
Supporting the project team on the enhancement or protection of the contribution margin with extended focus on: customer liquidated damages and back charges claims management insurance cases and vendor recovery from suppliers' opportunities identification and support to the negotiation.
Identifying and properly addressing, in coordination with Procurement, any opportunity for vendor recovery (including insurance claims and claims to business partners) Defending BH from a claim, leading the case resolution up to the final settlement, assuring coordination with all involved functions such as legal, finance, engineering, installation, controllership, etc., to define the most favorable and protective final settlement agreements.
Identifying, tracking, and addressing any contractual lessons learned during the project execution to the commercial department.
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Master's degree in Engineering or Law with a technical background in Oil Gas or Energy products.
Show analytical skills on contractual clauses and knowledge of contracting methods, contract forms, drafting terms, and conditions.
Display Early Dispute Resolution and claims negotiation experience, with solid interpersonal, influencing, and leadership skills.
Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in English (spoken and written).
Demonstrate excellent organizational and project management skills from a global-matrix environment.
Demonstrate the ability to work with remote teams and to deliver while handling large numbers of diverse tasks.
