Our Engineering Transformation team works to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.Partner with the bestAs Construction Planner Controller, you will be responsible for planning and controlling the execution of assembling activities on site in accordance with the construction schedule.
You will report key KPIs such as on-time delivery and progress achieved on a weekly basis for each module.As Construction Planner Controller, you will be responsible for:Developing the construction schedule based on construction strategy, material availability, and setting main milestones for the construction phase.Managing and controlling the schedule from structure arrival to module delivery supported by Primavera P6 and project control tools (TCE, Oracle; Business Object; ASCP; Cyber-plan), and supporting functions during project development and execution.Leading weekly reports to be shared with the customer, including key milestones, progress development, and productivity reporting.Preparing project control documents in compliance with project requirements.Ensuring operational alignment with production plans and KPIs, optimizing inventory and process improvements.Estimating sales and inventory levels on a monthly basis.Setting the transportation plan and strategy with the Operations leader and contractors.Making the strategic and operational plan, monitoring and following up with the commercial team on opportunities defining available slots and man-hour estimation.Suggesting improvements in products, processes, and procedures.Required QualificationsHave a degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with experience in Planning).Have experience in EPC Planning and Execution.Be familiar with P6 Primavera tool.Have good oral and written communication skills.Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams, leading initiatives of moderate scope and impact.Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.Have effective problem identification and solution skills.Have proven analytical and organizational ability.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
