The Lead Auditor is responsible for:
Leading a team to conduct audits and assessments in compliance with DNV standards, international standards, or similar national standards. Conducting audits in accordance with established DNV methodologies and rules. Your qualifications:
Already qualified as third-party auditor according to ICT standard (e.g. ******** and so on). Fluent in Italian and a good knowledge of English. Team player. Positive and result-driven mindset. Strong organizational skills. Availability to travel in Italy and occasionally abroad. People management skills. Very good knowledge of Office suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint). What we offer:

Key Responsibilities:
Meet professional practice standards and demonstrate competence in core areas. Develop and maintain positive relationships with client personnel. Carry out the work for DNV as required by instructions/Quality System and/or as per formal agreement between the client and DNV. Contact customers to confirm the planned activities. Ensure that the independent nature of the DNV scheme is not compromised at any time. Maintain/acquire Auditor Registration with DNV or any other registration having been a basis for acceptance as Lead Auditor within DNV. Maintain high morale by contributing to an effective positive work environment. Act as a team player who works well with others and guides through the professional development process, including timely completion of reviews and goal setting. Maintain effective communication with line management, audit team members, and client stakeholders. Ensure the correct use of production tools dedicated to auditing activities and the communication of updated data to allow proper issue and management of certificates. The Lead Auditor normally reports to the Lead Auditor Coordinator.
