**About the role**:
As a **Lead Auditor Coordinator**, you will play a pivotal role in managing our audit teams and ensuring adherence to DNV's policies and procedures. Your responsibilities include coordinating Lead Auditors, Auditors, and Trainees, fostering efficiency in processes, ensuring safety standards compliance, monitoring performance metrics, and contributing to profitability targets.
**As a Lead Auditor Coordinator, your primary responsibilities encompass**:
- Supporting the Area Manager South Center Italy in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of processes related to customer service delivery. This involves coaching, supervising, and fostering the empowerment, satisfaction, and professional growth of team members.
- Acting as a facilitator to assist the Area Manager South Center Italy in resolving all business issues or claims concerning scheduling, technical compliance, and invoicing.
- Monitoring the performance of team members through relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with a focus on customer satisfaction, audit quality, and adherence to Regional/Country procedures.
- Supporting the achievement of established Profit and Loss targets for the area, emphasizing project profitability improvement through chargeability, resource and qualification capacity enhancement, and optimization of scheduled activities.
- Providing adequate technical induction for new hires.
- Ensuring the operational utilization of audit production systems and related tools.
- Cultivating a strong and positive teamwork environment within the department and across the organization.
- Promoting knowledge sharing and dissemination of best practices within the department and throughout the organization.
**Reporting Structure**:
You will report to the Area Manager South Center Italy.
**Performance Evaluation**:
Performance will be measured against established KPIs, with regular evaluations by the Area Manager N/CS through processes such as the Managing Individual Performance (MIP) and Customer Satisfaction surveys.
