Job Description
The Lead Auditor is a function in DNV Business Assurance Italy with the objective of leading the audit team in performing audits/assessment according to DNV standards and protocols, international standards or equivalent national standards and according to the established DNV methodologies/rules .
IATF 16946:2016 Lead Auditor for MSC is the figure who, within the Audit Group, possesses the knowledge and skills necessary to coordinate and conduct 3rd party audits (certification audit) with demonstrated experience in Automotive sector.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate shall have :four (4) years full time appropriate practical experience (including two (2) years dedicatedto Quality Assurance and/or Quality Management activities) within the past fifteen (15) years in an organization meeting the applicability of IATF 16949.Knowledge of the automotive core tools.Be in possession of qualification as Lead auditor iso 9001.Have conducted at least six (6) ISO 9001 third party audits in manufacturing industries, with at least three (3) as audit team leader.Has successfully completed IATF 16949 3rd Party New Auditor Training (4 days) and passed all exams and assessments.Fluent Italian and good knowledge of English language.Demonstrated evidence of excellent communication, relationship management and conflict resolution.Ability to build good relationship with customers.Ability to coordinate, manage an Auditors Team assigned.Strong and proven attitude to auditing, including mobility, flexibility, working under pressure, respect of deadline, relations with clients etc.Ability to handle basic software programs and IT tools.Highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
