Layout & Piping Materials And Work Quantities Estimating And Management Engineer

He/She manages the Piping Material Database, keeping it updated and extracting the Material and Work requisition on specific Project stages.
Key Activities Responsibilities: He/She manages the piping material database; He/She verifies the material take offs and identifies possible inconsistencies or variations with respect to the budgets; He/She prepares the Material Requisition with the list of material to be procured; He/She prepares the Work Requisitions with the list of Mechanical activities to be subcontracted; He/She evaluates the possible workfront in terms of feasible welding inches for Subcontractors.
Personal Attributes: Education: Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science or similar technical fields.
As an alternative, a High school diploma with work experience in piping engineering, piping materials industries or construction contractors is acceptable.
Skills: Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Fluent English speaker and writer.
Availability: Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad.
