Founded in 2008 in France, REDEN (200 employees) is a fully integrated independent power producer of photovoltaic renewable energy, present in 10 countries (Europe, Latin America) with more than 750MW fully owned in operation and under construction and 3,7 GW of secured & advanced pipeline.Driven by its long-term vision, sustainable development DNA and commitment to CSR and supported by its 3 strong shareholders Macquarie, British Columbia Investment and MEAG, REDEN is hiring its Land Manager who will be part of the team of Reden Solar Italy.Location: Rome, ItalyContract: Full-TimeWhat would be your role in the REDEN project?
Your key responsibilities: Land Identification & Evaluation: Discover and assess potential sites suitable for greenfield solar PV projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
Due Diligence: Conduct thorough site assessments, cadastral evaluations, and review permitting requirements to ensure project feasibility.
Negotiation & Agreements: Negotiate land acquisition agreements, surface right agreements, and other legal contracts with landowners and stakeholders.
Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with development, legal, and technical teams to ensure seamless land acquisition and project advancement.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with landowners, agents, brokers, local authorities, and key stakeholders to facilitate ongoing project success.
Permitting Process Support: Assist in identifying professionals to draft necessary documents for the permitting process and ensure smooth project progression.
Project Monitoring: Support and track the progress of ongoing development projects in collaboration with local partners.
Industry Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics to enhance land acquisition strategies in the solar PV sector.
Profile: Who are you?
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Architecture, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years' proven expertise in land acquisition and real estate negotiations, ideally within renewable energy or solar PV industries.
Languages: Proficiency in English is required; fluency in French is a valuable asset.
Skills: Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities, both written and verbal.
Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent interpersonal abilities.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to deliver executive-level reports and make informed decisions under time-sensitive conditions.
Other Requirements : A valid driver's license and readiness to travel across Italy as required.
Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
