Your key responsibilities : Land Identification Evaluation: Discover and assess potential sites suitable for greenfield solar PV projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements.Due Diligence: Conduct thorough site assessments, cadastral evaluations, and review permitting requirements to ensure project feasibility.Negotiation Agreements: Negotiate land acquisition agreements, surface right agreements, and other legal contracts with landowners and stakeholders.Collaboration Coordination: Work closely with development, legal, and technical teams to ensure seamless land acquisition and project advancement.Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with landowners, agents, brokers, local authorities, and key stakeholders to facilitate ongoing project success.Permitting Process Support: Assist in identifying professionals to draft necessary documents for the permitting process and ensure smooth project progression.Project Monitoring: Support and track the progress of ongoing development projects in collaboration with local partners.Industry Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics to enhance land acquisition strategies in the solar PV sector.Profile: Who are you? Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Architecture, Environmental Studies, or a related field.Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years' proven expertise in land acquisition and real estate negotiations, ideally within renewable energy or solar PV industries.Languages: Proficiency in English is required; fluency in French is a valuable asset.Skills:Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities, both written and verbal.Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent interpersonal abilities.Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to deliver executive-level reports and make informed decisions under time-sensitive conditions.Other Requirements:A valid driver's license and readiness to travel across Italy as required.Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.So take the opportunity to join REDEN by sending us your application!
