Apply now for the position of Account Executive Lab Solutions. In this role, your responsibility will be to achieve sales and profit targets within the assigned territory (Lombardia) through the promotion of Siemens Healthineers Lab Solutions Products.
Your role:You will support the relevant Territory Manager in implementing the commercial strategy to achieve sales and profit objectives.You will identify business growth opportunities to be implemented within the strategic plan of the territory.Create and update your sales opportunity funnel and analyze performance indicators available from the CRM tools in order to:achieve full market visibility (coverage);align the funnel with the customer purchasing cycle;identify target opportunities (strategic vision of the reference market) based on your retention and conversion plan;identify any economic/qualitative GAP with respect to the assigned objectives;promote strategic commercial initiatives (e.g. demos, collaborations).Develop, with the support of the several Company functions (e.g. Deal Desk, PSE, HCS), basic technical and economic proposals by providing the initial reference parameters (target price and business model).Guarantee the best positioning of Siemens' proposal in terms of configuration, price and contractual conditions, analyzing possible P&L impacts.Guarantee the execution of the Installed Base Replacement program (IB Replacement) according to the assigned objectives.Coordinate customer-facing activities by interacting with other company functions (Marketing, Customer Service, Tender Office, Order Entry, Procurement...).Start initiatives to achieve assigned targets (method penetration, pricing initiatives).Check assigned customers' satisfaction through available surveys (NPS) and initiate internal reports/corrective actions.Gain competitor's data and monitor trends of the reference market.Your expertise:Bachelor's degree, preferably in Biology or similar.Sales orientation with experience gained in public and private Diagnostics laboratories with high knowledge of laboratory solutions.Previous experience in a similar role of at least 5 years."Hunter" attitude and Sales Target Achievement Oriented.Respectful of diversity and Compliance.Excellent communication and Strong presentation skills.Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.Available to travel in the assigned Territory (Lombardia) and to support other territories if necessary.Place of work: based in Lombardia, preferably in Milano.To find out more about the specific business, have a look at www.siemens-healthineers.com.
