About the Role: We are currently looking for a talented R&D Laboratory Specialist who will support the DTC Department Premium Chocolate in the development of a successful cross-country range of new products. Main Responsibilities: The candidate will work in a highly dynamic and international environment within Ferrero, with the following responsibilities: Collaborate with the management in managing all laboratory activities. Ensure the timely and efficient execution of all laboratory tests in accordance with the evolution of the legislation, ensuring analytical and interpretative reliability to protect the consumer. Support the manager in proposing solutions aimed at improving product-related aspects, raw materials, semi-finished products, and all production processes. Ensure the organization of the laboratory. Ensure the sampling required for tastings, sensory analysis, and taste tests. Contribute to the application of the rules on health and safety at work and HACCP. Participate in the study of new doses and provide for their drafting. Support the decision-making process. Manage and develop resources. Who we are looking for: Degree in Food Technology or similar. 1-2 years of experience in R&D laboratories in food industries. Knowledge of raw and semi-finished products. Techniques such as chocolate tempering, moulding, enrobatura, and doses preparation. Excellent command of PC (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of SAP.
