The new colleague will be based in Mussolente site and report to the Lab Manager.
She/hw will execute testing and lab analysis related to T&I, cooperating in close contact with TS&D, R&D and Commercial team (BDM, Sales) in order to support the TPE Growth Strategy in the Engineered Materials Business Unit
**Responsibilities**:
Main tasks:
Testing and lab analysis related to competition, customer complaints, raw materials, product/process:
- analytical test: DSC, TGA, FT-IR, Rheology,
- physical-mechanical test: dynamometer, density, hydrolysis
- chemical analysis: staining, chemical resistance,
Run Analysis Requests coming from Commercial team
Work together with R&D/TS&D for new developments (innovation pipeline projects)
Injection molding & Extrusion test
Carry out technical testing report, manage external lab testing
Qualifications:
Master Degree or Degree in Polymers, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering
Ideally 1-2 years in polymer processing, preferably in injection molding
- Good communication, reading, writing and organizational skills
- Ability to be proactive and take initiative
- Organizational skills, used to work in a precise and structured way
- Capability to work independently as well as in teams
- Work process effectiveness
- Good English level is a plus
