Laboratory Manager:TXT E-Tech S.r.l., of the TXT Group, is looking for a Laboratory Manager for its Aerospace & Defence division.
The ideal resource must have:Good communication, synthesis, problem solving and organizational capabilities;Capacity to organize, manage and check the activity of third-party laboratories;Cooperative attitude, ability to work autonomously and proficiently and decision making. Main responsibilities:Managing the development, improvement and resolution of issues related to special processes;Collaborate on product anomaly investigations for process/product/material aspects;Validate failure analysis report performed at internal and external laboratories;Proposing, testing and validate the new special processes;Supporting personnel in the qualification of special process suppliers when internal capabilities are not sufficient;Improve operational and management processes;Supporting business functions in the validation of new processes;Respect and implement the requirements of aerospace regulations. Technical skills required:Knowledge of processes in the aerospace field, related certification processes and regulations;Knowledge of chemistry and materials;Knowledge of galvanic and painting processes;Knowledge of technical English (B2). Optional requirements:Familiarity with standards for quality management systems (EN9100, AS13100). Qualifications required:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or similar.
