The Glovo LaaS team is Glovo's last-mile logistics service for eCommerce, a huge industry that is still growing rapidly with many challenges ahead.
At Glovo, you will join a team that is working to revolutionise the sector from scratch with the main eCommerce players in any market.
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be a key representative of our company's sales team, responsible for creating a pipeline of and signing up small and medium eCommerces at a national level.
In this role you will be part of the sales team, working closely with the Sales Manager and the rest of the Sales and Customer Success team.
**Be a part of a team where you will**:
- Once selected the potential partners, you will proactively contact them to present the Glovo services.
- You will be in charge of building relationships with these potential partners, uncover the true needs of their business and recommend the right Glovo product and services.
- You will engage with eCommerce managers and follow up with them during the decision making process until you close the deal with them.
- You will collaborate daily with both internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining good customer relations.
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

**You have**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales
- Native level of Italian and fluent level of English
- Proactive, organised, and obsessed with detail and accuracy
- Know how to negotiate your way into a super deal
- Have excellent communication skills.
Detail oriented, strong grammar and writing skills
- Self-starter who is able to work in a highly demanding environment
- Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office
- Preferably with experience in a high-growth digital startup business
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing or Public Relations is a plus
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
