Job DescriptionWithin the Group Life Health Insurance Function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team.Our mission is to oversee the operations of Group Chief Life Health Officer function and its specific medical underwriting activities, as well as enhance the function's effectiveness ensuring efficient processes and bringing a coherent and 360-degree strategic view.We are looking for an entry-level or junior candidate with robust knowledge in Life Health insurance business to join our Team, eager to broaden her/his professional experience and support the Team to achieve its goals, reporting directly to the Head of Group Life Health Operations and Underwriting.Key Responsibilities:Life Health results analysis and Top Management reportingGroup Chief Life Health Officer function reporting and monitoringDesign and maintain rational, efficient, documented processes for the operations area of Group Chief Life Health Officer functionManage the Life Health Technical Deep Dives and Committees process, content, preparation, and follow-upSupport in the Holding portfolio management, such as technical analysis, cash flow monitoring and projections, reporting and portfolio management, including underwriting, product documentation, AML/CTF complianceSupport in the Group and Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. Solvency II disclosure preparation (e.g.
