Relevant experience of using clear communication including evidence of creating corresponding communications and training materials
- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
- Advanced proficiency in the local language, (C1 Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR)

Key job responsibilities
- Work with Project Managers, Instructional and Media Designers on change management initiatives impacting the Associate learning experience in our Fulfillment Centers
- Build world-class learning courses with our content authoring tools (Articulate Storyline and Rise)
- Engage with EU L&D Communities of Practice to create the most accurate and relevant learning courses
- Review existing courses against our developed and accessibility standards
- Participate to test for learning projects requiring an eye for detail and local learning experience approach

We are a multidisciplinary team on Instructional and Media Designers, and technical program managers that is driven to deliver Earth-Best learning products.
We are collaborative, fun, and focused on doing great work while learning and growing.
Working with peer Instructional and Media Designers as well as PMs, field teams and tech partners, you will create and deliver world-class training courses that will benefit all EU network and beyond
