Your tasks This position will play a key part in supporting us to deliver exceptional service to our customers, who are at the heart of everything we do. A primary focus of the role is to consult customers about all LCS sales channels and follow up regularly, building strong relationships within the region. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to fill this critical role and continue to build on our achievements. The role is full time, Monday to Friday. The successful applicant will need to be highly organized, possess outstanding communication skills, and be a well-rounded individual. Responsibilities: Maintain and build strong relationships with internal and external customers Keep the SAP Customer Relations Management system up to date on a weekly basis with customer appointments, reports, and updating opportunities Cooperate within the region on a commercial and operational level with the Area Sales Manager and Regional Service Manager Consult customers about all LCS sales channels and follow up regularly Grow business and actively promote and sell Krones and agency products Generate and expedite all new sales leads, opportunities, and inquiries Be responsible both technically and commercially for all LCS products, inquiries, and orders Build strong business relationships with both new and existing customers Identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and highlight Krones USP's Create local sales initiatives and campaigns Create and deliver presentations to internal and external customers Negotiate contracts with customers Check, prepare, and issue customer quotations Follow up on quotations Record new opportunities in CRM and ensure all live inquiries are updated Occasional travel to Europe and frequent travel within Italy is to be expected, with travel up to a 70/30 ratio in favor of traveling Your profile At least three years' experience in a similar industry with a proven track record A background in Engineering is preferred High level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally experience in using a CRM system Persuasiveness and assertiveness Strong negotiation skills Customer-focused Confident communicator at all levels Educated to at least HNC/A level and above A full clean driving license Your application We look forward to welcoming you to a dynamic, open-minded company with a strong market position and lots of international ties.
