Lungarno Collection is pleased to share the opportunity for a talented intern to be part of the Borgo San Jacopo's brigade. Our research is aimed at student and recent graduates with the innate ability to be impeccable "hosts", to offer excellent service, combining spontaneity and personalization.
Looking out over the River Arno, Ristorante Borgo San Jacopo (1 Michelin star) offers guests the ultimate fine dining experience with unforgettable views of the Ponte Vecchio. Our chef Claudio Mengoni brings his philosophy of true, authentic cooking with ingredients which stand out for their uncompromising creativity and rigour. He melds together flavours, colours and forms to create memorable dishes with a distinctive taste.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Collaborate with the Chef in the preparation of dishes
• Assist the kitchen brigade in the correct implementation and execution of daily activities
• Observe and reproduce technical gestures
• Check supplies for warehouse inventory
• Comply with safety and hygiene rules
• Take care of the maintenance of work environment and work equipment Requirements:
• The ideal candidate has passion for the hospitality industry and a strong motivation to work in an excellence environment
• Precision, attention to detail
• Strong orientation to the quality of service
• Attitude to teamwork
• Good time management
• Knowledge of Italian and English
• Love for the city of Florence
