**What we offer**:
He / She will be Responsible to manage the activities within the integrated offering program.
He / She will have to take the program under control well beyond the Financials results to drive alignment with ITS.
He/She will work in close co-operation with Market Leaders, all others EMEA CS Business unit Directors and Sales team to maximize the return of this initiative.
He / She will drive the commercialization and strategic commercial actions for CS supporting the market leaders to create and maintain the right toolkit for selling CS products and services.
As a senior member of the management team, He/She will also be expected to play a part in strategy development for EMEA CS, and ongoing customer support.
**He/She will also be part of the Global initiatives and needs to be an active player to push standardisation and implementation of common activities across the CS EMEA team.
**:
- Coordinate effort between Kion, Line and Still for a coordinate CS Strategy
- Coordinate effort between IB and commercial strategy
- Create and maintain all the commercial toolkit
- Define & Maintain critical front line metrics to sell new services
- Link with Global functions
- Coordinate the process to expand IB penetration
- Work in coordination with Ops and process BS Team
- Win / Loss follow up actions
- Commercial and CS presentation coordination Define new services value proposition and the story to sell them

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Knowledge and qualifications**
- At least 5 - 10 years' experience in senior management role
- Experience to manage a cross functional Team
- Degree/MBA qualified or similar level of qualification Demonstrable track record in managing sizeable workforce cross countries
