We're seeking an individual who can speak both Italian and English fluently and who can bring value to our organisation by adeptly applying account management principles.
The Role In this role, you'll have the opportunity to manage some of our most important customers from the specialist channel.
Your responsibilities and duties encompass the following key areas: Strategic Growth: Your primary objective is to create a strategy and action plan designed to drive increased sales and profitability in your customers.
This involves adeptly communicating and interpreting business opportunities and ensuring our product categories remain at the forefront of the market.
Forecasting Approach: Your role includes providing customer forecasts, taking full responsibility for stock forecasts based on product lead times, and offering promotional programs.
Constant updates will be necessary when rate of sale or intelligence data indicates a material change to the forecast.
Promotional Investment: Managing promotional investment is critical to maximising return on investment.
You'll optimise assess promotional activities, ensure effective management of promotional volume and tailor investment programs to meet specific customer needs.
Collaboration with the whole team: Ensure that our customers receive service of the highest standards.
This will involve close collaboration with logistics and customer service departments, as well as the establishment of strong relationships with marketing department to develop together new market opportunities and strategies.
About you Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales environments, demonstrating a solid foundation in sales strategies and knowing already some of the customer of the specialist channel.
Strong experience in cultivating effective relationships with key accounts of the specialist channel is essential.
Moreover, candidates must be located within a reasonable commuting distance of Milan (Italy).
Fluency in both Italian and English is required.
You must be proficient in computer skills across MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
