**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage a portfolio of qualified and specialized customers focused mainly on North Italy
- Combine both technical knowledge and sales skills
- Monitor sales according to agreed targets on a regular basis and, where necessary, implement the necessary corrective actions
- implement and guide our sales strategy in a medium-long term perspective
- Empower the level of customer service in line with the new PPG ICR organization
- Promote the positive image of the company and consolidate long-term relationships with customers
**Qualifications**:
- Technical knowledge
- Outstanding interpersonal with strong communication
- 3-5 years of previous experience in the composite or nautical market
- Proficient knowledge of the yachting sector, composite
- Flexibility to travel (>60%)
- Problem solving capacities
- Knowledge of the main IT tools (outlook, office)
- Proficient English
