This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.About the roleYou'll manage key clients belonging to a dynamic sales channel, playing a key role on influencing customer satisfaction and goodwill towards Reckitt brands.Your responsibilitiesAchieving PL objectives (NR-trade investment, GM) managing categories and client mix, with particular focus on Trade Investment levers.Providing customer quarterly sales forecast updated using sell-in/out analysis and trends.Assortment and promotion's negotiation within assigned customer perimeter."Second level" agreements responsibility with assigned customers.Identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories.Building a strong relation with customer to increase partnership.The experience we're looking forDegree in Economics.Previous Sell-in experience (at least 2 years) in GDO/Retail sector.PL management.Good knowledge of Italian and English.Negotiation and influencing skills.Complexity management.The skills for successField sales, Field sales management, Shopper Insights, Category Analysis, Influencing, Consultative Selling, Channel strategy, Perform product planning, Business acumen, Sales negotiation, PL Management, Strategy Execution, Operational Excellence.What we offerWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.We invest in the wellbeing of our people through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally.
