Job Description * PLEASE SUMMITT YOUR CV IN FRENCH OR ENGLISH About the company Our client is a small to medium sized French company specialising in the distribution of high-quality raw materials and specialty ingredients, including some natural products, for the cosmetic, pharmaceutical and industrial markets.
With a heritage spanning seventy years, the company is committed to innovation and reliability and has long standing relationships with international manufacturers.
The Italian subsidiary is based in Milan.
Position Overview: The Key Account Manager will focus on growing and managing a customer base within the Personal Care/Cosmetics sector for the Italian market.
Responsibilities include overseeing the entire customer relationship lifecycle from initial contact to deal closure, working closely with the customer's R&D and Quality teams.
Ideal candidate profile: Degree in Chemistry or Formulation.
3-5 years sales experience in the ingredients sector.
Fluency in Italian with knowledge of English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
Independent, proactive and project oriented.
Willingness to travel frequently and attend trade shows.
Occasional office presence in Milan (one to two days per week) may be required.
Compensation package: Approximately +/- 50,000 gross per year + performance bonus (10%), company car and medical insurance.
