Key Account Manager Sales | BayWa r.e. Power Solutions srl | Italy What You Will Do – Your Responsibilities:
You build long-term business relationships with our international industrial customers through sales and consulting activities. You elaborate customers' needs and product desires and feed into Product-and-Solutions-Development to gather holistic solutions. You trigger and steer internal activities such as systems design, business calculations, and legal to achieve the best offers. You lead sales and negotiation meetings with the customer by coordinating key personnel and internal supporters. You finalize the contractual closure, coordinate marketing activities with the customer, and support project management in case of escalations. You achieve the assigned sales targets such as volume, revenue, and profitability. You take care of high-quality future opportunities to secure long-lasting performance. Concrete experience in B2B sales, ideally as Key Account Manager Experience in the renewable energy industry Completed studies in related subjects or obtained equivalent professional experience Language Skills in Italian (Level C1) and English (B2) are required Availability to travel, at least 30% Excellent skills in communication, time management, negotiation, and conflict resolution Independent, flexible, proactive person, able to prioritize, meet tight deadlines, and manage work without supervision Team worker who embodies the company's core values Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
