Key Account Manager Radiology - Lazio (m/f)
Bayer S.p.A., for Radiology Team, is looking for a bright candidate as Key Account Manager for the Lazio area.
You will ensurethe achievement of turnover targets for the assigned Radiology products in the managed area and organize periodical visits at current and potential clients, build relationships with them, propose Radiology products (CME or devices), suggest synergies with other Radiology commercial areas to define integrated product solutions in compliance with Radiology Group, Division and Supervisor's guidelines and according to legislation.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES:
Ensure the efficient and effective management of visits to targeted clients in the managed area, by presenting Bayer's Radiology products and giving the necessary consulting support during the post-sales phase
Ensure the maintenance and development of consulting, long-lasting and trusted relationships with customers (radiologists, bioengineers, healthcare professionals) and with sector's Opinion Leaders to provide updates on technical, scientific and clinical contents of the products in portfolio, to propose and ensure feedback to the Supervisor for the planning of sales plans, sales forecasts as well as pricing and approach to market policies
Ensure the achievement of sales goals with current clients and the identification and development of new opportunities for the business to contribute to the Radiology BU's profitability goals
Ensure the implementation of the pricing policy most fitting to customer's needs
Support the Supervisor in the identification of possible synergies with the other commercial areas within the Radiology BU, to pursue sales and profitability objectives for the managed area, by defining and proposing integrated and customized product solutions which best fit customers' needs
Ensure the maintenance and development of Bayer products' image and presence in the managed area, by directly managing and taking care of the local Opinion Leaders, also through the operating management of local events
Ensure appropriate technical, scientific and clinical customer service, by collecting and understanding client's needs and promptly transferring their requests to the appropriate functions within the Division and within the Group, to guarantee the necessary support to customers
WHO YOU ARE:
Scientific Degree and qualification to exercise REP profession (qualification as Informatore Scientifico del Farmaco)
Knowledge of the hospital tendering procedure
3+ years of previous experience in sales functions
Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, high sense of responsibility and result and data oriented
Ability to work in a cross functional and in a complex environment
Customer orientation with a strong ability to manage difficult situations
Good informatics skills and strong digital mindset
Residence in Lazio, preferably in Rome, and maximum availability to travel in the assigned territory
Good Knowledge of English (both spoken and written) and Italian mother tongue
