Key Account Manager - Healthcare Informatics & Monitoring Developing and driving trusting and productive long-term relationships with key healthcare accounts in the district (South Italy). This role centers on understanding each customer's specific business need and providing tailored value propositions with our Healthcare Informatics and Hospital Patient Monitoring solutions, being the orchestrator of the partnerships with the assigned accounts.
Your role: Developing, maintaining, and improving relations with a limited number of key accounts to keep or to set Philips as preferred supplier.Initializing and coordinating all Philips efforts to the accounts in order to maximize the output of the sales group.Creating, together with marketing, services, and supply chain teams, the optimal offers to the accounts.Creating an account plan for each account for 2 years in which budgeted targets are translated into specific strategy and actions per account as part of the operational plan of the sales group.Creating and implementing action programs for and with the accounts to improve the performance of Philips.Driving the performance of the functions in the accounts to get it done.Systematically analyzing and reporting sales results, expectations, market, competition, and trends to make proposals for improvement.You're the right fit if you have: Master or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a sales or account management role within the Healthcare or Medical Devices industry, preferably within Healthcare Informatics.Ability to independently manage local accounts, coordinate necessary actions, and ensure timely achievement of results.Solid expertise in relevant marketing and sales strategies.Strong knowledge of logistics and process management.Basic financial understanding.Capable of conducting independent negotiations with customers, aligning with established guidelines and sales plans.Experience delivering presentations at an account management level.Frequent interaction with customers and/or cross-functional teams, including collaboration with other company divisions or units.Fluency in English and Italian (local language required).How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
This role is a field role and should be based in one of our offices in the South District (Bari, Catania, or Naples).
