As a Key Account Manager ETICS, you will be responsible for the business related to sales of External Thermal Insulation Composite System reporting directly to the sales director.
Responsibilities Develops strategic and long-term relationships with the most important customers for the company, supporting them in their needs related to the ETICS market.
Manages business relationships with leading ETICS providers.
Develops commercial strategies aimed at increasing ETICS company turnover in collaboration with Area Managers and the sales force present on the national territory.
Identifies sales opportunities, in collaboration with the technical team, providing innovative solutions that provide added value and contribute to the company's sales goals.
Acts as an advocate for the ETICS business, presenting market needs within the organization to continuously improve customer service delivery.
Develop and define procurement strategies in collaboration with the Supply department.
Collaborates with internal teams, including product development and marketing to provide services and solutions to the ETICS business.
Is always up-to-date on market trends, competitor strategies and market dynamics.
Defines and coordinates formulation of the ETICS price list.
Manages relationships with top customers and executive customers.
Manages initiatives and opportunities created by themselves or by the Specification team.
Qualifications Excellent knowledge of the ETICS system.
Good negotiation skills with customers and suppliers, problem solving orientation.
Good knowledge of the English language for management of EMEA cross-regional projects.
Excellent organizational, negotiation and planning skills.
Use of CRM and analytics tools.
