This role plays a critical part in driving the organization's success by developing and nurturing key customer relationships, executing effective strategies, and ensuring the company's competitive edge in a dynamic market. This role demands a combination of industry expertise, self-leadership, commercial excellence, project management capabilities, and a safety-first approach. This is a permanent and full-time position to be based in Tuscany (Italy), preferably in the Lucca area. Accountabilities: Execute, implement, review, and adjust Strategic Key Account Management strategies. Present Archroma value proposition and link it to each business opportunity in the Strategic Accounts. Ensure complete sales cycle execution (survey, product, equipment, service, value capturing). Understand and capture technical gaps (performances, equipment service). Network with BDM and Product Management to find the right information available. Be in contact with equipment providers to answer questions from customers. Organize and lead equipment selection and appropriate service related. Identify gaps and create value for customers through Archroma proposals. Create technical and commercial proposals. Summarize and share trial results. Profile: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Engineering (Master's degree preferred). Significant experience (typically 5 years) in sales, account management, or business development within the paper industry (packaging and tissue industry preferred). Strong understanding of the packaging and tissue industries, including market dynamics and customer needs. Proven track record of successful strategic account management and business growth. Ability to build relationships and create solutions in the customer organization at mills level. Project management approach and safety-first mindset. Ability to work in a matrix organization as a team player, strong self-leadership. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. High problem-solving competencies and capability to resolve conflicts. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong oral and written knowledge of English.
