Purpose of Position: We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager Retail to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing direct and indirect sales for a specific group of customers for the reference channel (Retail market) in order to achieve company's objectives in terms of turnover and gross margin, as well as ensuring the necessary technical/commercial proximity to customers (buyers and store managers), seeking new business opportunities, in coordination with the manager. Description of Main Activities/Responsibilities: Visits to Clients for: product trend sharing; info collection for new projects; collection of problems and criticalities; collecting information from department heads, to anticipate critical issues and identify opportunities for growth. Analysis of the numbers of: products sold and performance at reference customers; sales points and new prospect chains for IRCA; sustainable forecast creation for procurement and production business processes. PRICING: creation of new price lists and annual contracts. Education: BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field (preferred but not required). Professional Skills: Knowledge of the product. Knowledge of the channel (GDO). Techniques of negotiation. Preferable knowledge of customer contacts (GDO buyer). Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in the role, preferably in B2B companies and in the sector of Irca. Language Skills: Proficiency in Italian. Good knowledge of English. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and relationship skills; proven propensity for organization and planning; analytical and forecasting skills; problem solving. Others: Availability to travel.
