You will assist, propose and support on new procurement projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.How you will contributeMonitoring and evaluating purchase volumes of current procurement projects against annual operating plan (AOP)Supporting and implementing procurement strategies and initiatives: performing competitive sourcing activities, negotiating and analyzing scenarios to be proposed for final selection, collaborating to contractualization with selected suppliers, monitoring supplier's performanceReporting procurement performanceCollecting forecasts and updating them as and when requiredEstimating supplies & future demandsCreating reports (establish business intelligence and management information from available data)Supporting in defining and negotiating provision pricesLiaising with internal departments as well as Brands on a daily basisResearching of new potential suppliersProviding administrative supportIntegrating Group Sustainability requirements in products and processesWho you areYou have at least a former experience in a similar role within fashion companies or manufacturing;You are knowledgeable of leather goods and shoes production processesYou are informed about sourcing and procurement techniquesYou are informed about sustainable practices, certifications and schemesYou have knowledge about Excel, Power Point, Stealth and SAPYou are competent in negotiations and networkingYou are competent in collecting and analyzing data and able to work with numbersYou are diligent, result and detail orientedYou are a team player, proactive and with good interpersonal and communication skillsYou are fluent in Italian and English; French is a plusWhy work with us?This is an excellent opportunity to join the Kering adventure in a moment of extraordinary growth and become part of a dynamic team in a global Luxury group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
