Job Description Your Opportunity La risorsa verrà inserita in qualità di Stagiaire - Operations PMO all'interno del nostro Head Quarter di Padova, a riporto dell'Operations PMO Sales Planning Director.
How you will contribute Garantire, in supporto all'Operations PMO Sales Planning Director, la corretta gestione dei progetti: contribuire proattivamente alla gestione delle attività di project management relativamente alle attività progettuali (sia esse ricorrenti che "ad hoc"); Garantire il proprio supporto nelle attività progettuali in collaborazione con i differenti team coinvolti, assicurando il loro coordinamento ove necessario; Assicurare la corretta gestione dei calendari operativi a supporto dello stato di avanzamento dei progetti annuali, aggiornando quelli dei Brand gestiti da Kering Eyewear; Supportare nella redazione di minute, stati di avanzamento e attività accessorie funzionali alla corretta gestione e monitoraggio dell'andamento dei progetti; Partecipare a meeting di aggiornamento necessari alla risoluzione dei problemi/definizione degli step successivi nell'ambito delle varie fasi di progetto; Effettuare analisi e reportistica ad hoc.
