We design, develop, manufacture and market to customers and consumers, the most desirable frames and sunglasses in two fast growing segments: Luxury and Sport Lifestyle.Through our industry expertise, we empower our brands to go beyond their limits in this high potential business category, supporting their capacity to lead and innovate in Eyewear, to realize their artistic and financial potential, in the most imaginative and sustainable manner.Job DescriptionYour opportunityStiamo attualmente cercando uno Stagiaire – HRIS and Compensation Benefits da inserire nel team HR, basato presso il nostro HQ di Padova, a supporto del Compensation Benefits, HRIS and People Analytics Manager.How you will contributeSupportare il Compensation Benefits, HRIS and People Analytics Manager nelle attività di analisi dei dati relativi al personale e nella progettazione ed implementazione dei sistemi di reporting HR.Collaborare con il team Finance di HR Cost Controlling nella redazione della reportistica dedicata.Supportare il proprio responsabile nell'implementazione e nella manutenzione del software HRIS attraverso l'inserimento dei dati, gli aggiornamenti del sistema e la risoluzione dei problemi.Collaborare con il team HR per garantire l'inserimento accurato e tempestivo dei dati a sistema.Contribuire allo sviluppo di procedure e all'efficientamento di pratiche HRIS, supportando l'implementazione e lo sviluppo di attività di Global HRIS.Supportare il manager nel predisporre e aggiornare materiali di formazione e documentazioni HRIS.Partecipare attivamente al lavoro di squadra e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi del team HR.Who you areLaurea in Statistica, Economia o percorsi affini.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.Ottima padronanza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e Power Point.Una precedente esperienza in realtà aziendali strutturate all'interno di team HRIS o Comp.
