How you will contribute Developing initiatives of processes optimizationAnalyzing business and user requirements, translating into proper system requirement specificationsAssisting the project team during the business requirement analysis, process design, IT system development, go-live, and roll-out phaseCollaborating to the improvement of tools and software application across the Regions, working with all business functions involved (Sales, Information Technology, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, Planning)Collaborating on the Customer Operations processes development initiatives in all the project phasesParticipating in solution option evaluations with IT teams and business partnersCollaborating in system development initiatives both during implementation and post-implementation phase, assisting in integration, testing, and key user trainingBeing responsible for Microsoft Dynamics 365 system developments and enhancementsDeveloping implementation plans and associated documentationSupporting the Customer Operations team in analyzing and solving operational problemsWho you are Master's degree in engineering or management5-7 years of working experience in a similar roleExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 system implementation and/or use is an advantageKnowledge of order-to-cash flowsKnowledge of CRM systems and BI applications is a plusKnowledge of SAP ERP systems is a plusKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)Knowledge of emerging digital technologiesFluent in EnglishProject management and strong analytical skillsProactive, problem solver and able to work on own initiativeTeam player with a proactive orientation to resultsPragmatic, business acumen driven and preciseAble to prioritize work effectivelyCapable of working under pressure and leading multiple projects with tight deadlinesWhy work with us This is an excellent opportunity to join the Kering adventure in a moment of extraordinary growth and become part of a thriving team in a global Luxury group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
