Through our industry expertise, we empower our brands to go beyond their limits in this high potential business category, supporting their capacity to lead and innovate in Eyewear, to realize their artistic and financial potential, in the most imaginative and sustainable manner.Job DescriptionHow you will contributeDevelop and implement performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.Identification of main KPIs for performance marketing activities and goal setting for various campaigns.Plan, execute and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and others.Manage budgets and allocate resources to effectively maximize ROIs.Monitor and analyze campaign performance and generate detailed performance reports in order to provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize ad creatives, landing pages and user journeys.Work closely with business, marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with other company functions as well as collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.Stay up-to-date with latest trends, tools and best practices in digital marketing.Who you areMaster's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field.3-5 years of experience in similar role.Proven track record of managing and optimizing PPC, social media, and display advertising campaigns.Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and others.Preferably experience in fashion/eyewear/sport.An English and Italian fluent speaker, additional language is a plus.Advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Extremely organized and detail-oriented with strong focus on results and respect of deadlines.A strong team player, able to coordinate different stakeholders and build strong relationships.Proactivity and problem-solving skills.Why work with usThis is an excellent opportunity to join the Kering adventure in a moment of extraordinary growth and become part of a thriving team in a global Luxury group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
