Your Opportunity We are seeking a Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective ATL media plans to achieve our outdoor & lifestyle brand communication objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of media channels, audience insights and data analytics to optimize media spending and maximize campaign performance.
How you will contribute
Develop and execute comprehensive ATL media plans that align with brand goals and budget constraints
Collaborate with the brand media agency to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution of media campaigns
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including media, eCommerce, content, and sales, to ensure cohesive campaign strategies and objectives
Conduct market research and analyze audience data to inform media strategies
Prepare media plan proposals and performance reports
Negotiate with media vendors through the media agency to secure the best rates and placements
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new media platforms and emerging technologies to continually refine media strategies
Who you are
Degree in Marketing or Communication
+5 years of experience in media planning, preferably within a brand or agency setting
English and Italian fluent speaker, additional language is a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements
Knowledge of both digital and traditional media channels
Google Ads and other relevant certifications are a plus
