Job Description Your Opportunity Siamo attualmente alla ricerca di una figura di (Junior) Master Data Specialist, che avrà l'opportunità di unirsi al nostro team basato in HQ, a Padova.
How you will contribute Raccogliere le informazioni sui nuovi fornitori (rag.
sociale, dati anagrafici, termini e condizioni) e condivisione delle stesse con il team Finance.
Gestire e archiviare i documenti dei fornitori come l'Accordo di Riservatezza e il Codice Etico.
Gestire le lettere di autorizzazione per i branded material.
Inviare dati aziendali Kering ai fornitori quando richiesto.
Assicurare la raccolta dei calendari di produzione e chiusura dei vendors e relativo update in SAP.
Gestione e aggiornamento del Master Data di Prodotto (codifica e manutenzione di strutture ed attributi, quali ad esempio: status, bill of material, country of origin, commodity code, weight, sunlens data, price list, minimum order quantity, lead time....) per Prototipi, Prodotto Finito, Packaging e Spare Parts Gestione e aggiornamento degli inforecord (condizioni acquisto da parte dei fornitori del prodotto finito).
Spedizione ai fornitori di Product Forms di Prodotto Finito e Packaging ai fornitori di competenza.
Sviluppare la reportistica relativa al Master Data per l'area Supply Chain.
Who you are La pregressa esperienza in ruoli analoghi è da considerarsi un plus Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office in particolare Excel Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e spirito di collaborazione Attitudine al problem solving Capacità di analisi e precisione Curiosità, intraprendenza, dinamismo Flessibilità Ottime capacità relazionali La conoscenza di SAP e Centric è da considerarsi un plus Why work with us?
