Job Description
How you will contribute
- Guarantee people management processes implementation within the assigned functions, by working closely with the relevant leaders, in order to guarantee business and organizational targets
- Guarantee talent acquisition performance for the assigned functions on time and on cost, in order to sustain the mid and long term development of the organization
- Lead the Organizational Design & Effectiveness process for the assigned functions, supporting growth, change and the achievement of team performance targets
- Lead the Performance and Talent Management process, in tight collaboration with the dedicated Functions, in order to support people growth and career
- Guarantee Compensation & Benefits, Budgeting and Reporting processes implementation
- Guarantee Employee Relations processes implementation within the assigned Functions
- Support HR Admin & Operations processes in collaboration with the internal HR Administration function and the Group Shared Service Centers Guarantee the execution of cross-functional HR projects
Who you are
- 3/4 years of working experience
- Ability to work within fast growing environment
- Passion and commitment
- Entrepreneurship and proactivity
- Exceptional teamwork
- Analytical and Project management skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
