Through our industry expertise, we empower our brands to go beyond their limits in this high potential business category, supporting their capacity to lead and innovate in Eyewear, to realize their artistic and financial potential, in the most imaginative and sustainable manner.Job DescriptionHow you will contributeManaging and coordinating the PR team, ensuring the achievement of agreed objectives; Developing PR strategies for each brand in the Kering Eyewear portfolio, defining ad hoc PR activities based on the brands' values and positioning (e.g. activating influencers and social media campaigns, dedicated events, etc.), and supporting the implementation of innovative ideas in line with new market trends; Strengthen the presence and positioning of Kering Brands in the main print and digital media channels worldwide; Reinforce the placement strategy of Kering Brands on Celebrities WW, with the support of the Brands and the local agency network; Ensuring that the product image is communicated correctly and consistently considering the DNA and positioning strategies of the Brands; Work in synergy with the brands' PR teams, organising periodic comparisons to maximise opportunities for category integration into the brands' PR plans; Coordinate and supervise PR activities in countries covered by Kering Eyewear subsidiaries and external partners, in order to support markets in achieving business objectives through specific PR actions; Oversee the coordination of international PR agencies, managing annual evaluations and renewal of agreements, and any network expansion needs; Co-ordinate and supervise the development of all PR assets (press releases, packshots and lookbooks), ensuring the sharing of materials with key stakeholders, with increasing focus on promoting a quality image of Kering Eyewear; Coordinating and supervising the organisation of local and international Press Days according to company guidelines, but with new attention to local specificities; Sharing with Kering Eyewear subsidiaries the PR plans for the different brands, giving visibility of the results achieved through the activities implemented; Define and monitor the HQ PR budget and expenditure related to the brands' PR activities; Organise, lead and grow your team, seeking to maximise the results and growth of people within the Group.Who you areMaster's degree in marketing or communication+7 years of PR experienceExperience preferably in eyewear, watch & jewellery, beauty & cosmetics, fashion or accessoriesAn English and Italian fluent speaker, additional language is a plusWith advanced expertise in Excel and Power Point, FGPS, DMRProficiency in editorial and press monitoring software is a plusExtremely organized and details oriented with strong focus on results and respect of deadlinesA strong team player, able to coordinate different stakeholder and build strong relationshipEntrepreneurship autonomy and problem solving skillsWhy work with usThis is an excellent opportunity to join the Kering adventure in a moment of extraordinary growth and become part of a thriving team in a global Luxury group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
