Description How you will contribute Define the Trade Marketing strategy for the total channel and for individual clients, coordinating with KAM, in order to maximise the performance and visibility of the brands in the perimeter;Manage the planning, implementation and follow-up of Trade Marketing activities for each client within the portfolio;Define and manage BTL / Trade Marketing investments (budget, follow up, ROI) under the supervision of the manager;Lead the creation of innovative projects, in line with the Brand, corporate guidelines and consumer profile of the different clients;Manage the visibility plans on assigned clients and monitor their implementation, coordinating with the client;Coordinate agreed online activations on the clients e-commerce site, interfacing with agencies/suppliers and internal functions;Managing the monitoring and analysis of competitors;Manage billing activities on assigned clients (PR, MIGO, supplier registration, etc.);Lead the global coordination of the channel training strategy applicable to all markets;Lead the global coordination of internal management related to collection feedback for the channel (e.g. strikes, mini-strikes, collection development inputs);Support the manager in the elaboration of reporting files (e.g. Trade Marketing Brief, monthly reports, BR, sell-out analysis);Supporting in the organisation of sales campaigns and trade fairs.Who you are 3-5 years of experience in the same roleExperience preferably in eyewear, watch & jewellery, beauty & cosmetics, fashion or accessoriesMaster's degree in marketing or business administrationResult-oriented, problem-solving skillsDynamic, proactive, flexible, curious, committed to teamworkFluent in English and ItalianProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointWhy work with us?
