Kering Eyewear E-Commerce Business Development Junior Manager

Description How you will contributeSupport the direct-to-consumer eCommerce business development by identifying opportunities for channel growth and strategic priorities.Map out strategic projects focusing on performance marketing, website performance enhancement, and content coordination.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Product, and IT to execute eCommerce initiatives effectively.Optimize performance marketing channel to drive sales on direct-to-consumer eCommerce platform.Develop strategies to optimize the customer journey and enhance user experience on direct-to-consumer eCommerce platform.Manage eCommerce project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners/vendors to ensure alignment and effective execution of eCommerce projects.Provide regular reports and updates to key stakeholders on project progress, performance, and KPIs.Who you areMaster's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field3-5 years of experience in similar role Strong understanding of eCommerce principles, digital marketing strategies, and website analytics.Preferably experience in fashion/eyewear/sportAn English and Italian fluent speaker, additional language is a plusAdvanced expertise in Excel and Power PointAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Extremely organized and details oriented with strong focus on results and respect of deadlinesA strong team player, able to coordinate different stakeholder and build strong relationshipProactivity and problem solving skillsWhy work with us?This is a fabulous opportunity to join the Kering Eyewear adventure and and to actively contribute to the development of the business by becoming part of a thriving Company in a global Luxury Group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
