We are currently seeking an Internal Communication Specialist within the Kering Corporate HR Team, based in Milan.
**_Your opportunity

As Internal Communication Specialist you will sit within the Corporate HR function at Kering and report to the Global Corporate Talent Development Director.
You will be responsible for creating and implementing internal/employee communications content and contributing to programs that actively engage internal audiences globally.
You will ensure that communications interactions are proactively considered and executed across the business.
You will deliver messages through a wide range of tactics to create impact and engagement:
- Ensure the right messages are going to the right audiences at the right time
- Deliver simple, clear, and effective messages in the appropriate voice, with creative presentation.
**_How you will contribute?

- Work with different stakeholders to prepare communications on behalf of programmes
- Ensure successful delivery of programme messages across regions to the targeted audiences (e.g.
leaders, managers and employees)
- Make sure that all activities are consistent and aligned with Group priorities and foster genuine proximity with the goal of supporting, empowering and retaining every employee across all Kering Corporate Functions (Corporate; Finance/Audit; Tech/Digital; Supply Chain & Logistics; Industrial Operations)
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to align messaging with the strategic vision and goals (e.g., town halls, guest speakers)
- Coordinate, when required, virtual or in-person events liaising with Events Manager, developing high quality experiences across a range of themes, including leadership / incentive events and solidarity activities
- Support the implementation of initiatives related to D&I and well-being promoted by the Kering Group or by the Corporate functions
- Partner with Kering Corporate functions by providing communication expertise and services on strategic initiatives, ensuring an integrated employee communications and engagement plan across the business.
As an example:
- For the Supply Chain and Logistics Function:
- Support the definition of the "Engagement and Communication" Roadmap to sustain the transformation of the organization and the on-going change management plan
- Identify a set of communication approaches and tools to support the change and engage the entire WW functional population
- Support engaging corporate campaigns with excellent content development and engaging visual imagery
- Monitor and provide analytics on communication deliverables
- Create editorial-style employee engagement assets including ppt presentations and posts
- Be up-to-date on corporate/internal communications trends to support on best practices
- Develop and implement a comprehensive news editorial calendar in harmony with other key teams including Group Internal communication, External communications, Sustainability, and D&I
**_Who you are?
- **
A professional individual with trusted experience in communications within a multinational company, either in-house or in an agency with:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and French (bilingual native level).
Italian is a plus
- Proven track record of copywriting and proofreading in English and French
- Previous experience in internal communication
- Ability to prioritize and manage your workload effectively but also being flexible and respond to emerging issues, tight deadlines and other demands or challenges
- Good creativity coupled with executional excellence and rigor
- Ability to build long-term relationships at all levels of the organization
- Results driven with an eye for detail
- Availability to travel, both for one day or longer business trips outside Milan (e.g.
Trecate Novara) or abroad
